Play the world I’m making, or create your own. The Editor is part of Serakki, so anyone can make new games and share them with other players.

An offline game for Mac, Windows & Linux.

Serakki, with pink-maned unicorns, golden machinery, and a slightly excessive amount of magic.

Make yourself at home.

A whole lot can happen
on a little board.

Curiosity is a good reason to try something. Put things together, use a tool in an unexpected way, and discover what happens next. Gather resources, build workshops, and make yourself at home. Just remember: the world you’re building has a life of its own.

A starting board in Serakki: a small camp, trees, tools, a well, and portals, with plenty of space to build.

Your starting point.
Your way from here.

A few supplies, a little camp, and plenty of room to ask: what if?

Build carefully or follow a ridiculous hunch. You might discover a new recipe, make a glorious mess, or get your save into a hopeless corner. Start again, try another way, or carry on with the consequences.

You don’t have to get it right. Just stay curious.

Just as you’d expect.

Some combinations make perfect sense. You probably already know what to try.

Less obvious. Still works.

Other combinations take a little imagination. Give them a try.

Exactly what you asked for.

You might get what you expected. Just a little more literally than you meant.

Cute. Until it surprises you.

It’s a sweet little world. That doesn’t mean you’ll always see what’s coming.

Discover

Put two things together. See what happens.

Drag one item onto another and follow your curiosity. Discover useful recipes, unlikely combinations, and ideas the game takes a little too literally. Sometimes there’s a very dry joke. It won’t necessarily explain itself.

Build

A little world with a working economy.

Inspired by classics like The Settlers II and III, Serakki connects resources, workshops, and production chains. Keep your workshops supplied, put your tools to work, and turn humble materials into something worth building.

Live with your choices

Cozy doesn’t mean consequence-free.

Take your time and build something you care about. But if you choose to be reckless, destructive, or downright brutal, the game won’t step in to spare you the consequences. A peaceful little world is still a world you can hurt.

And there’s more…

Plant something. Watch it grow.

Grow crops, gather your harvest, and find out what you can make with it. Your fields are part of the same little world as your workshops, animals, and occasionally questionable experiments.

Build a place of your own.

Start small, add buildings and workshops, and give your discoveries a home. Set up production and let it run while you decide what your world needs next.

The animals have a life too.

Raise animals and discover how they interact with each other. Bringing two creatures together can be just as interesting as trying a new recipe. Possibly less predictable.

There’s more beyond this board.

Step through a portal to a fresh board with room to build something new. Travel between your spaces while the others keep working, or send supplies through a portal on their own.

Keep the useful things handy.

Stash supplies in your inventory and keep everyday essentials on your quick toolbar. Stack, split, and rearrange your items so there’s room on the board for your next idea.

Little things, lovely details.

High-resolution artwork gives buildings, creatures, and everyday objects their own character. Music and small sound cues bring a little more life to the world you’re making.

Pick up where you left off.

Play offline and save your world, including work in progress. Come back when you feel like it, or try a whole new game made by another player in the Serakki Editor.

01 / THE EDITOR

“What if…”
is a great
starting point.

The bundled game is one starting point. The Editor is an integral part of Serakki: anyone can use it to make their own games, worlds, and scenarios for others to play. Create your items, recipes, and rules, then jump onto the board and try them.

01

Make it yours.

Start with an empty project or import a game, including the bundled one. Make your own items, recipes, and rules. Familiar pieces can tell a completely different story.

02

Play your idea.

Jump onto the real game board inside the Editor. Try a combination, follow a production chain, and see how it feels. Speed things up, reset, and try again.

03

Let someone else loose.

Export your editable project or build a game package with its art and sound. Share it for others to play in Serakki, or bring it back into the Editor and keep creating.

A few more tools for your imagination.

Create the world and its rules.

Create your own recipes and decide how items react when used together, from everyday crafting to wonderfully strange combinations. Set starting supplies, board spaces, storage, and portals. Decide which ingredients are consumed or borrowed, how long work takes, and what it produces.

Give it a life of its own.

Add automatic production, limited uses, and expiring items. Set conditions for when a recipe is available, limit how many items can exist, and mix guaranteed results with random quantities or chance rewards.

See how everything connects.

Find where an item comes from and what needs it. Follow item combinations and changes over time, and estimate the time and resources needed to make something. Estimates help you plan; playing the board shows how it feels.

Bring your own art and sound.

Import artwork, music, and sound effects. Preview your resources, see where they’re used, choose background tracks, and give interactions their own sounds. Recipes can have their own artwork too.

Keep your ideas together.

Search your item catalog, mark work in progress as drafts, and keep notes linked to items and resources. Duplicate recipes to build on an idea, and check what depends on an item before deleting it.

Steam Workshop — planned. We plan to let you publish your games to Steam Workshop and discover worlds made by other players. For now, you can share game packages directly.

02 / BRING YOUR AGENT

A second pair of hands.
Possibly no hands at all.

Working with an agent is part of making games in Serakki. Connect the Editor to ChatGPT in your browser through its remote MCP connection, then work together on your own game or scenario.

Describe an idea, ask for a new recipe, or work out what should happen when two unlikely things meet. Your agent can read and change the actual project: create items, edit recipes, arrange starting layouts, keep notes, and check how everything connects. Try the result on the Editor’s board and keep shaping it together.

You don’t have to start with a blank canvas. Import a Serakki game package, including the bundled game, and use its artwork as a starting point for your own world. Familiar buildings and creatures can take on new roles in a story of your making.

You decide what belongs in that world. ChatGPT, or another compatible agent, helps you build it. Playing it is how you find out whether the idea works.

Marek Hanzal, creator of Serakki.

Hi, I’m Marek.

I love wild ideas and carefully thought-out details. I want the things I make to feel good to use, with care in the little things you might never consciously notice.

Making a game has been a dream of mine for a long time. Serakki is how I’m finally giving it a go, with modern tools letting me do far more than I could on my own before.

I’m taking my time to make something I’m proud of. I hope you’ll enjoy spending a little time in it.

Made with a little help.

Serakki is created by Marek Hanzal. Authorship and direction of the architecture, code, and product are mine. These are the tools and resources helping me bring it to life.
